Our Core Charge Policies

They Call It A Core!

Many car and tuck replacement parts have an additional charge associated with the purchase of a new replacement part. This additional charge is called a core charge. This additional charge is refunded when the old part is placed in the new part box and shipped back to be remanufactured into a reusable product. Examples of these products are several EGR coolers, water pumps, high pressure oil pumps, injection pumps, injectors, and some turbos. You must return your old part and all associated parts and pieces as the the new one came in order to receive your core charge back. Please empty any liquid contained in the old core before return. Any damages to the old core my make the core unacceptable and therefore a refund might not be possible.

Core Return Label

The core return label is included in your purchase price and a insured return tag will either be emailed to you, appear in your replacement shipment, or arrive in you mail box. This will save time and money and insure you cores are returned properly.

Combined Price and Core Charge Policy

The price for this remanufactured product with core is reflective of the purchase price of the product and the up front charge for the core. Once the core is returned you will promptly receive a credit to your account on all acceptable cores, usually within 30 days of receipt of core.  

Required Core Conditions

All cores must be able to be rebuilt in order to receive a full refund. There can be no fire damage, no water damage, can't be broken, disassembled, missing any parts or pieces, and must be return within 30 days.
